Welcome to The Founder Project. By accessing or using our consulting services, membership group "Founder Acceleration", mastermind groups "The Founder Experience", or our course "Next Level Home Pros" (collectively referred to as the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
Services Description
The Founder Project offers a variety of services designed to support and accelerate business growth:
Consulting for Equity: We provide consulting services to businesses in exchange for equity. Specific terms of engagement will be agreed upon separately.
Founder Acceleration: A membership group charged at $497 USD per month, offering resources and community support. Membership is month-to-month and can be canceled at any time. Once purchased, you will then have immediate access to the group and the weekly calls.
The Founder Experience: Mastermind groups designed to provide peer-to-peer learning and support.
Next Level Home Pros: A course aimed at teaching home service companies how to scale their operations. Lifetime access to the course is granted upon purchase along with 6 months of our weekly implementation calls. Continued access to the implementation calls beyond 6 months requires a monthly fee.

Consulting for Equity
Delivery Timeline: The specific terms, including the scope of consulting services and delivery timelines, will be agreed upon in a separate engagement agreement.
Equity Agreement: Details regarding equity share and conditions will be defined in a separate Equity Agreement document.
Founder Acceleration Membership
Access: Upon receipt of the first monthly payment of $497 USD, members will immediately gain access to the Founder Acceleration group, including all resources and scheduled weekly calls.
Cancellation: Memberships are billed on a month-to-month basis. Members may cancel their subscription at any time. However, fees for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.
The Founder Experience
Enrollment and Access: Participants in The Founder Experience mastermind groups will receive details on group schedules and access procedures upon enrollment and acceptance into the program.
Peer-to-Peer Learning: Participants are expected to actively contribute to and engage in peer learning and support activities.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: Participants have the right to cancel their enrollment and receive a full refund within 3 days of booking. To cancel and process a refund, participants must contact info@the.founderproject.co within the 3-day period. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days business days of the cancellation request.
Next Level Home Pros Course
Immediate Access and Inclusions: Upon purchase, participants will receive full access to the Next Level Home Pros course materials, be added to the Next Level Home Pros group, and gain access to scheduled weekly calls.
Access Duration:
Course Access: Participants will have lifetime access to the course materials, ensuring they can refer back to the content anytime.
Weekly Calls Access: Access to the weekly calls is provided for a period defined in the participant's contract, typically for 6 months from the date of purchase. The duration may vary depending on the specific terms agreed upon in the contract.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: Participants have the right to cancel their purchase and receive a full refund within 3 days of the transaction. To initiate a cancellation and refund, participants must contact info@the.founderproject.co within the 3-day period. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
Weekly Calls Scheduling: Weekly calls are subject to scheduling and may be canceled or rescheduled based on the coaches' availability. Participants will be notified in advance of any changes to the schedule.
General Terms
Payment: Services must be paid for as per the terms outlined for each service. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
Changes to Services: The Founder Project reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with or without notice. Members or participants affected by such changes will be notified as soon as possible.

No Guarantee of Results
The Founder Project does not guarantee any specific results from the use of our Services. Our role is to support and advise your business, but success depends on various factors beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
All materials provided as part of the Services, including but not limited to the content of the "Next Level Home Pros" course, are the intellectual property of The Founder Project or its licensors. These materials are provided for your individual use only and may not be replicated, distributed, or used for any commercial purpose without explicit permission.
Limitation of Liability
The Founder Project, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the Services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Founder Project and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
Changes to Terms of Service
The Founder Project reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of these changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Founder Project operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
